In Double Gameweek 24, Liverpool and Everton play TWICE and the new Assistant Manager chip becomes available to play for the first time! Here, The Scout's panel of Fantasy Premier League experts reveal when they plan to use their chips over the rest of the season.

I still have all my chips and will be using the Triple Captain on Mohamed Salah (£13.7m) in Liverpool's Double Gameweek 24. I expect to be Wildcarding closer to the end of the season, approximately around Gameweek 30, when there are more Doubles, and I'll be planning to use the Bench Boost chip when there is a Double.
I'll probably deploy the Free Hit when there is a Blank Gameweek, and I'll look to use the Assistant Manager chip immediately after Wildcarding.

I don't have a firm plan this early on, but given my Triple Captain chip has already been used, I'm planning to use the Assistant Manager chip on Arne Slot (£1.5m) in Liverpool's Double Gameweek 24.
Thereafter, it'll be a Wildcard around Gameweek 30, with a view to Free-Hitting and Bench-Boosting in the other two expected Double Gameweeks. However, I'm open to using the Free Hit chip in a Blank Gameweek, if it makes more sense at the time.
Salah, Slot

I'll likely be using my Triple Captain chip on Salah in Double Gameweek 24. I thought about using the Assistant Manager chip but I think both matches in Double Gameweek 24 could be tricky for Slot, while the trip to Manchester City in Gameweek 26 will likely require a manager transfer as well.
I will probably save that chip for the final weeks on one of the teams who are fighting to stave off relegation. The Wildcard will probably be used around Gameweek 30 to set me up for a Bench Boost in the likely Double Gameweek in 34.

The Triple Captain chip is gone for me, and the big decision is what to do in Double Gameweek 24. The Assistant Manager chip is tempting, but there could be a shock for Liverpool, with two away games against a good AFC Bournemouth side and the trickiness of a Merseyside derby. I think I'll save it for a bit later in the season and keep my options open to potentially find a team lower in the table who find themselves in good form.
For my other chips, I'll be waiting to see the results of the EFL Cup final, where I'm expecting Liverpool and Newcastle to both double in the future. I'll likely play all my remaining chips in the last few weeks of the season to hopefully have a strong finish!

I haven't ruled out playing the new Assistant Manager chip in Double Gameweek 24, with Slot in my thoughts for Liverpool's pair of fixtures. However, I think there is potential for a bigger haul with this chip later in the season.
I usually like to play the Wildcard and Bench Boost chips around the Double Gameweeks to maximise how effective they can be. With minimal information on that front though, I'll be waiting to see how the rest of the season pans out. After Double Gameweek 24 we will have a much clearer understanding of the FA Cup and who is likely to blank and double later, and we will have confirmation of who blanks in Gameweek 29.

My chip strategy will be dependent on the Double Gameweeks that come from the EFL Cup final. I’ve already used my Triple Captain chip and I'll be buying a third Liverpool player this week, which will rule me out of using the Assistant Manager chip on Slot for Double Gameweek 24.
I’m loosely planning on using transfers on my Assistant Manager week on week because I think the upside is bigger than the other chips. The Free Hit and Bench Boost chips will likely be used later in the season around the big Double Gameweeks. Blank Gameweek 29, which clashes with the EFL Cup final, could cause a headache but I 'm keen to avoid Free-Hitting and will more likely dead-end my team then, before Wildcarding in Gameweek 30.

Currently I have all my chips left and I've had a rethink on my strategy for playing them. I will now be trying to save all chips until the end of the season to be played consecutively, with the exception of the Triple Captain. I am planning to play this in Double Gameweek 24 when Liverpool double. Then I'll Bench-Boost in Gameweek 33, Free-Hit in Gameweek 34, Wildcard in Gameweek 35 and finally use the Assistant Manager from Gameweek 36 to 38.

I've already used my Triple Captain chip and have three Liverpool players in my squad already ahead of the Reds' Double Gameweek 24.
My current strategy is to Wildcard in Gameweek 30, having dead-ended my team for the blank in Gameweek 29, depending on how many players I have missing because of the EFL Cup Final. I fancy saving the Assistant Manager chip until the end of the season, either for Gameweeks 31-33 or Gameweeks 36-38. Doing this will allow me to pick a manager who has the most at stake, as well as looking to those who have the most potential to pick up "table bonus" points by beating a side five places higher.

My Free Hit will be used in a Blank or a Double Gameweek, depending on which teams progress in the domestic cup competitions. The Bench Boost is likely to sit in one of the remaining Double Gameweeks, possibly even in Double Gameweek 24, depending on how my squad is looking.
